Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all drinkware — including tumblers, cups, and any item intended for personal use — is final sale once shipped. These items cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving our facility.
Quality Control
Each item is inspected before packaging to ensure it meets quality and accuracy standards. If you believe your order is incorrect or has an issue, please contact us promptly.
Personalization & Customer Proofing Responsibility
For any personalized or custom order, the customer is fully responsible for verifying that all spelling, names, dates, numbers, and custom text are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- All personalization details have been reviewed and approved by the customer
- The submitted text is exactly how they want it produced
- We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including spelling, grammar, capitalization, or incorrect information
Orders will be produced exactly as submitted. Errors made by the customer during checkout do not qualify for refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.
To process a replacement, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- The shipping box
- All packaging materials
- The shipping label showing the tracking number
These images are required to file the necessary shipping claim and verify the issue.
Replacements are issued after review of the submitted documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of personalized goods, returns cannot be accepted for:
- Any used or opened drinkware
- Items that have come into contact with the mouth
- Custom, engraved, or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse, drops, or improper care
- Buyer’s remorse, sizing concerns, or preference changes
- Customer-submitted personalization errors
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if production has not begun. Once an item enters processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Issues
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Lost or stolen packages must be resolved with the shipping carrier, though we can assist in guiding you through their claim process.
